Mission of Hope: A North Country Helping Hand

This is an excerpt of a news documentary I produced for “Mountain Lake Journal”, the local public affairs program on Mountain Lake PBS. In August 2008, I followed the local humanitarian group North Country Mission of Hope on one of their missions to the country of Nicaragua. In March 2009, this documentary was awarded a regional Edward R. Murrow award for outstanding achievement in electronic journalism. This documentary was also produced in part by a grant from Frontline/World Social Entrepreneurship Series.
